Hello, and thank you for your interest in RoundtheHouse Staging & Redesign. I understand firsthand the daunting task of preparing a property for sale. Fortunately, it is a task I thoroughly enjoy and am rather skilled at. Being a lifelong student of design, a former Realtor, my work in fields of volunteer and customer service, even designing wardrobe for theater have all prepared me for a career that I truly love – helping those who want to improve their home to its fullest and most marketable potential. I hope you will take a moment to browse through my portfolio where you will find a sampling of some of the rooms I have had the pleasure to transform.
With so many design and staging concepts on television and in magazines, you probably have a lot of questions or concerns. I would like to share with you a few of my staging philosophies that may help. I believe a Staged home should never look “staged” or impersonal, but should be warm and welcoming. And you may be surprised to learn that it can actually be comfortable to live in while on the market – I can show you the tricks to making this work. Neutrals are key, but that does not mean cold and bland; rather, accessories and color are essential and a can be a great asset – I can help you use these to showcase your home’s best features. Most importantly, Staging is not renovation; it is a skilled multi-layered process of organization and styling, primarily using the homeowners own furnishings, to create a property that will appeal to the vast majority of Buyers. Our goal is to create a home that Buyers open the door to, and don’t want to leave.

Consider that well Staged homes routinely list for a higher asking price, secure a quicker sale, and even result in increased profit at closing, any of which typically will more than pay for the cost of the service. Each property and each client are separate and unique. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to use a Staging service in order to increase their chance of selling their home quickly for the best possible price. My services are not one size fits all. Instead, I offer flexible options that allow us to build a package to suit your wishes, ability, and financial needs.
The process is straightforward; we meet to view your home, during which I will take pictures, measurements and notes. We will then sit down to talk about your needs and your options, and determine a package and budget you are comfortable with. I will need a few days to create a detailed step-by-step plan to guide you through the process, and draw up a contract.
Within several days I will deliver the written summary and the guide detailing the improvements needed to give your property the cutting edge over others in your market. If everything is in order to move forward, the contract will ready for signature. Full payment for service is due at the time the contract is finalized.
