Karen Farquharson of Sideline Designs helps clients find a unique decor that fits their lifestyle & budget. Sideline Designs is based in Vancouver and has an excellant reputation for providing creative design options for any size of residential project. My goal is to provide a balance between function & comfort while collaborating these with each of my clients tastes, needs & budgets.
Each project is designed so that the final results will always exceed my clients expectations.

I earned my degree in Interior Design from QC Design School in 2011. I have and continue to redesign my own homes. Friends and family members have relied upon my creativity and style sense to assist them in enhancing their own living spaces . My creative sense of style along with the ability to work within a budget has earned me an excellent reputation in the business. My clients always come first!

Sideline Designs will handle every aspect of the job including:

-provide each client with design concepts and proposal plans that will capture their vision

-source the material options for floor and wall coverings, furniture, lighting and accessories

-emphasis on budget management and establishing time frames

-provide a selection of vendors and contractors for clients to choose from

-oversee all aspects of the project from ordering, delivery to installation

-supervision and scheduling all activities to ensure a smooth, problem free completion of the project
