before the renovation the toilet sat under the window and there was no shower

By relocating the toilet there was enough room for a shower stall and also a sink by the door

original kitchen had a false ceiling making this already small room feel smaller.  Once removed, the ceiling was now 10ft giving the kitchen a bigger, more open feel.

This fireplace was found boarded up behind drywall 

The fireplace was given a new hearth and surround and became the focal point of this living room

before the renovation in 2007 this kitchen was just too small.  it wasn't functional with the oven door and fridge door opening into one another.

The original kitchen was small and cramped.  With this renovation the sink, stove and fridge were repositioned to give the room more counter and floor space.

this basement is primarily used as a children's playroom.

the room was completely reorganized.  it now serves as a room for relaxing and watching tv as well as the children's play area.
