Hi! I'm Kate and I have been in the hospitality industry for 11 years, with seven of those years as management. I have previously organised 3 successful charity events, numerous parties and weddings, and I’m currently designing a unique 25th Anniversary party. I like to bring innovative ideas to make every event extra special and can do traditional, casual, green or formal styling. I have experience in dealing with suppliers and caterers, and I also provide extra creative services such as bespoke invitation cards or whole package designs tailored to your unique desires. Together, we can make your event truly special without breaking the bank!
My services can vary according to how much or how little you want. From the wacky to the wonderful, if you want it for the theme for your wedding or event, I will enjoy the challenge of making it both magical and within budget!
If you use my service, I will do my very best to insure your dreams become reality. I have been a qualified Health and Safety instructor and an Excellence in Customer Care tutor for a major UK hotel and conferencing chain. I also owned my own successful preschool, so I have dealt with very young children for part of my working life (NOT always the easiest task, but often well rewarding).
I can make your event as special as you wish. I'm here to listen to your ideas and bring a fresh, open, creative approach in interpreting your dreams in order to make your event extra memorable for all the RIGHT reasons. I will be there to take the strain while sorting out the smallest details, so you can enjoy your event stress-free.
As much or as little as you want, I will always source the best quailty while keeping a sharp eye on the pennies!!! I'm always looking out for a bargain that does not sacrifice quality or effect.

Organisation and planning including layouts, detailed itineraries, detailed accounts and expenditures sheet

Flower arrangements and buttonholes
Themed decorations (with an eye for perfection)
Dedicated, yet discrete, presence before, during and after your planned day and/or evening to help handle any last minute problems and insure your event runs smoothly
Liaison with suppliers, caterers, waiting and bar staff, musicians, entertainers, cleaners etc.and
Helping you find unique ideas that make your event extra special!
I provide services within a 20-mile radius of both the M3 and M4 corridors, covering North Hampshire, Berkshire, and Surrey. Special one-off arrangements can be made (subject to agreement and extra fees) should you be having your event further afield and would like to use my services.
