Of course, no young girl ever dreams about the hours of searching for a dress, or that she will have to haggle with the bridesmaids over the style of their dresses. To top it off, women who have food allergies (or a future spouse who has food allergies) are given another challenge: getting through the planning, wedding, reception, and honeymoon without experiencing an allergic reaction. I began my career in 2010 San Diego hospitality industry, in car sales, and soon fell in love with the interaction and the connection I made with my customers. In the end of 2010 I had realized it wasn’t the sales aspect of the job I enjoyed it was providing my customers with a product and customer service that genuinely made them happy.
I realized then I could implement my dream to provide clients with quality event they could trust and love at an affordable rate. I will work with you to create an event vision that includes what you want while staying within your budget. It is my goal to make sure you experience your event as a guest and I take care of all the work. From start to finish I am there to guide you through the planning process and make sure all the details are covered in advance.
*Complimentary Initial Consultation
*Organize visitation of and advise on site selection (limit of 4 site visits, same day).
*Provide Vendor recommendations, collect quotes and review contracts.
*Attendance at 3 vendor meetings of your choice (Caterer, florist, DJ, etc.)
*Create wedding day Itinerary.
*Create floor plan/ seating chart.
*Co-Produce creative development of ceremony (event design).
*On-going updates in wedding trends and creative ideas as needed.
*1 Hour of consultation one month before the wedding.
*Create wedding day Itinerary.
*Organize and structure wedding processional.
*Confirmation on vendor arrangements.
*Up to 25 hours of onsite directing/ coordination for wedding, rehearsal and reception (which includes):
* Arriving Early to supervise/ assist vendors in delivery and set up.
*Coordinating the rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception.
*Facilitate timing in accordance with the itinerary (formal introductions, cake cutting, etc.).
*Bring the “Bridal Lifesaver Kit.”
*Assist in gathering gifts, personal items, clothing and décor, etc. after the event.
*Client Appreciation Events

*Open House Events
I also offer ceremony only/ reception only coordination and hourly consultation.
