Creating Stylish Events

My name is Carla and I am an Event Planner. My aim is to create a stylish event for you to wow your guests with. I specialise in Weddings, Engagement Parties, Hens/Bucks nights, Baby Showers, and Birthday Parties. Any event you may be planning can be time consuming and stressful so contact me and I can handle all that for you so you can just sit back, relax and enjoy!

I have previously worked in jobs that were just a job, and for years I enjoyed being the "party planner" amoungst family and friends. So I realised that I could incorporate my love of planning parties into my work life and become an Event Planner.
I studied a course through QC Wedding Planning which gave me all the fine detailed information that I needed to turn my hobby into my caree. I am a Certified International Event and Wedding Planning Professional.
Although my business has officially only just started, for years I have been planning my own events such as birthday parties, new years eve parties, farewell parties and my wedding, to also planning parties, weddings, hens nights and baby showers for friends.

Services

I offer two specialised services.

Package 1 - Party Planner
This package covers all types of parties. Engagement Parties, Birthday Parties, Hens/Bucks Nights, New Years Eve Parties, Baby Showers etc.

The following can all be taken care of for you -
Invitations, guest accomodation, transnsporation, decoration, theming, entertainment & food & beverage.
I can also stay for your event to make sure the day runs smoothly.

Package 2 - Wedding Planner
This package covers to most important day of your life. I will be there from the moment the planning begins until the end of your big day to make sure it is exactly what you always imagined.

The following can be taken care of for you -
Locations, venues, permissions, celebrants/priests, vows, transport, florists, bridal wear, jewelry, hair, make up, pampering, photography, videography, stationary, bonboniere, cakes, music, entertainment, theming, decoration, food and beverages, accommodation, pre and post wedding tourism activities and trips, special touches eg dove or butterfly release, sand pouring.
On the day of the big event I will be there to make sure everything runs smoothly for you.

Remember you can take up the entire package from either above or just hire me for the specific parts you may require help with.
