Growing up in Portland Oregon, Heather always had a unique sense of self and a determined spirit. It wasn’t until a friend asked her to plan her wedding when she realized her passion and desire to be part of such a special and memorable event. Since then, Heather has continued with her education, training closely with certified planners at QC School of Wedding and Event Planning.
Having the ability to analyze an event and see where the risks are is an important skill for an event planner. Heather’s experience in risk management allows her to think about the “what if” of your event and to always think of a workable Plan “B”.

Efficiency, diligence, organization, attention to detail, and follow through are only a few of her qualities, she is willing and capable to take on any task given to make your event a success.

When my daughter’s wedding planner had to resign due to pregnancy one month before the wedding, we panicked! I knew I would not be able to coordinate everything on the day of the wedding (and would have difficulty coordinating activities prior to), and my daughter certainly wouldn’t be able to see that everything went well on her wedding day. I asked Heather if she would be willing to take on this monumental task, and she agreed. She handled all of the details related to the church decorations, communicated on a regular basis with the participants to ensure they were prepared, worked with the reception venue owners to ensure everything was in order for the reception, and spent countless hours working with the bridal party preparing favor boxes and decorations. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Heather as a wedding coordinator.
