Event Perfect is a new company based in Buckinghamshire that has evolved from a passion for creating the Perfect Event.
Whether planning a wedding, a party or a business event, regardless of size or budget the end result should be the same, a Perfect Event and a very happy client.
The Perfect Event should appear effortlessly seamless and certainly stress free, which is easy to achieve with efficient organisation, excellent communication and the confidence that every minute attention to detail has been identified and taken care of.

I have worked within the event industry for over twelve years and during that time gained invaluable experience. Now my children have grown up I have taken the decision to start my own business, and although of course I want my business to succeed and grow, my aim is to keep it individual, personal and unintimidating. Event planning can and should be obtainable to everyone.
I originally trained as a PA and one of my roles within the company was to organise business events ranging from small breakfast meetings to large conferences. With a creative eye, good organisational and communication skills it soon became apparent to me that this was what I should be doing on a full time basis.
After having my two girls, I went back to work for an Event Management company and spent many happy hours, setting treasure trails in and around the local area, visiting amazing venues all over the country, creating stunning themed events in the most unlikely of places, facilitating at conferences, arranging the perfect dinner party, experiencing high adrenaline team activities and of course helping to provide many bride and grooms with their perfect day.
Some people feel that hiring an event or wedding planner is an un-necessary expense but in fact hiring a professional can save you both time and money.
As the client you are in control at all times, Event Perfect will do as much or as little as you wish depending entirely on your personal and event requirements. I believe that every event should be personalised, details really do matter, you are unique and so should your event be.


Event Perfect will be happy to work in whatever location the event takes us, but operates mainly in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, South Bedfordshire and North Berkshire.
Working with you to create the Perfect Event in both the private and corporate sector our services can any or all of the following:-
• An initial consultation
to discuss your requirements, ideas and vision and to agree your budget
• Meetings as required, to update all parties
• Sourcing and co-ordinating with suppliers
Suppliers such as florists, photographers, marquees, caterers, entertainment, AV specialists etc., to secure ‘best value’ in all areas
• Sourcing a suitable venue
Ensuring that everything you and your guests may require is available and provided on the day
• Advising on a theme if required
• Reviewing current trends
Offer practical advice and suggestions on creative ways to make your event even more personal and unique
• Co-ordinating invitations and replies
• Hiring of additional event staff
Registration or hostessing etc., as necessary
• Being in attendance on the day
Bringing peace of mind that someone is there at all times to supervise the event and handle any last-minute issues
• Co-ordination of transport
Organisation of transport from taxis to double decker buses, as required
• Taking care of gifts
Securing and labelling gifts as required
• After event care
Follow up tasks such as co-ordinating thank you notes to your guests or feedback forms to work colleagues etc.
• Managing the overall budget
Provision of detailed accounts of the entire event.
