My name is Annie Dean. I come from a small, quiet town in The New Forest, UK.
I'm an event and wedding planner for Hampshire and Dorset. My planning approach is very much a personal affair. I like to meet with you, my clients, more than once throughout the process to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want.
I can work with any budget and like to do my best to bring your whole event together within that budget and, moreover, make sure that you walk away happy even when the event is over and the last photo has been secured in the album.

I studied at my local school and college, earning a number of GCSE's and A levels until, many years later; I discovered the QC event and wedding planning course online.
Right from a young age I have loved to party but more than that I have enjoyed putting my own ideas into practice and any excuse to organise and host a party I could get my hands on, I grabbed! Many of the parties that I have organised so far have been themed events which always seemed to go down well. I would organise everything from costumes to food and drink, decorations and entertainment and on many occasion made several costumes myself. I largely enjoyed doing this as I got to see just how much pleasure it brought to my friends and family and that is what I am personally all about. I'm not out to get as much money out of it as I possibly can, I am here to provide a service that produces a smile and a whole lot of fantastic memories!!


My services include:
• Weddings (big or small)
• Birthday parties
• Anniversaries
• Bar-mitzvahs
• Retirement parties
• Halloween parties
• New year’s parties
• Christmas parties
• Corporate events such as conferences, presentations/ award ceremonies
• Small corporate retreats

I largely work in the Hampshire/ Dorset area, however, I am willing to travel a reasonable distance out of this area if requested but I will charge a certain amount to cover fuel costs depending on how much further out I'm required.
I charge by the hour, as stated below:
• £75 per hour for large events (150 people or more)
• £60 per hour for small events (150 people or less)

Costs include resourcing and booking/ arranging the following: venues, decorations, caterers, photographers, entertainment /music /DJ, transport, accommodation, tailors/ dressmakers/ costume hire, florists, marquees/ tents, chairs and tables, audio/visual equipment and much more!
Please note that extra charges may be applied in the event that any additional licences are required such as to serve alcohol (if not using a licence bar and staff), to put on a fireworks display or any other activity that may present a health and safety risk.
I also offer the initial client consultation at a flat rate of £25.
