Welcome, my name is Rebecca Cole and my sister Deborah Walston and I will be opening Bella Sera Ranch in May 2011. We love organizing and hosting parties of all types and look forward to serving your needs for Weddings, Family Reunions, Class Reunions, Corporate Events, Milestone Birthdays, Baby Showers and Holiday Celebrations! We are a full-service venue and can organize any event to make your dreams come true!

I was born and raised in Palestine, TX and have lived here all of my life. I have raised both of my children in Palestine and love the small-town atmosphere. I graduated from Palestine High School with specialized training in Office Administration. I previously worked in a family-owned business for 27 years, where I most recently served as Office Manager for the last 9 years. I have experience in human relations as well as training new hires on any job in that business. In 2009, I resigned my position to attend classes at Tyler Junior College to earn my license as a Texas Real Estate Salesperson. After attending classes for several months, I passed my Real Estate Exam In November 2009. I began selling Real Estate in January 2010 and worked for a local Real Estate Agency. However, my heart's desire for the past 10-12 years was to become an Event Planner with my own Venue. After much discussion with my husband and sister and her husband, we decided to begin the quest to own our own business! We love to host parties, plan events and are both very organized. I love to decorate and cook and have hosted, organized and planned many events throughout the years. I am currently the Chairperson for my son's High School Project Graduation. I am in charge of scheduling events to raise money to host an all-night lock-in party for the Senior Class of Palestine High School on graduation night. His senior class consists of 185 students. My Project Graduation Committee has raised approx. $15,000 since August 2010, to host this event for the Senior Class. I have scheduled an Event Venue, DJ and karaoke, photo booth, casino games as well as Bungee game, go karts, putt-putt golf and batting cages. In addition to these games, the students will enjoy food and snacks and breakfast before being dismissed at 5:30am the next morning. We will have prizes that will be given away to the students which include laptops, MP3 players, dorm refrigerators luggage, bicycles and other items that students need to take to college. This event was designed many years ago to keep students safe on graduation night, as there were many car accidents. I am looking forward to a very successful event on June 3, 2011!

Our event venue, Bella Sera Ranch, is scheduled to open in May 2011 in Palestine, TX and my sister and I am so excited to see our dreams come to fruition! We have already booked many events and have begun the planning process with the brides and also Class reunion chairpersons! We look forward to many successful years in the Event Planning & Venue business and hope to host your party one day!

Services

Weddings
We feature an Historic-Style Chapel, that will seat approx. 150 guests, that overlooks our wooded creek, or an Open Air Pavilion that is an idea setting for an outdoor wedding. We have many different packages for brides to choose from for their Special Wedding Day. The packages include access to our venue for up to 6 hours, access to our beautifully appointed and private Bride's Suite that includes private covered parking and entrance and restroom, pre-event bridal photography time at Bella Sera Ranch, cake cutting service, 60" round tables with white linen tablecloths and napkins, fine china and serving ware, centerpieces for your tables, floor and table easels for Bridal portraits, gift & registry tables, guest registry pen, chairs in all facilities/outdoors, Grand Hall & Chapel sound system with ipod connections, large screen in-wall HDTV/DVD, baby grand piano in the Chapel, serving staff, general set-up and clean-up, 5 passenger guest shuttle from parking area, event hostess to oversee your event while you enjoy your day.
Receptions
Our Grand Hall features 4700 square feet of space with cathedral ceilings and expansive windows overlooking our beautiful private wooded area. A large working fireplace will warm your spirits while dining and dancing with your guests. A fully furnished commercial kitchen will surely delight your palette and our attention to detail will not be unnoticed. Our brides delight in a private space for her and her wedding party. The Grand Hall may also be used for Class or Family Reunions, Golden Anniversaries, Milestone Birthdays, Quinceaneras, Corporate Events, Holiday Parties, Retirement Parties as well as Bridal & Baby Showers.
