My name is Catherine. I come from a Customer Service and Facilities Management background. I am a keen organiser and enjoy working with people to create the perfect event. I have many friends in the entertainment and catering business, therefore have reliable discounted rates. I am very passionate about what i do and i always finish anything i start.

Special touch events was founded by Catherine. After working for an advertising company, organising and managing office moves, parties and meetings. Catherine decided to look into Event Management and Wedding Planning, having completed the relevant courses, Catherine is now an International Event and Wedding Planning Professional (IEWP™)

Catherine is also an associate of BIFM (British Institute of Facilities Management) and as such has successfully completed her Level 3 award in Facilities Management.

Catherine has a dream of helping people celebrate those special moments in their lives, with minimum effort and stress to you the client.

Having organised and managed multiple corporate and children's events over the years, Catherine decided to bring her knowledge and expertise into her own venture, creating Special Touch Events.

Event Planning can sometimes be stressful, whether you are planning a Children's party with 20 guests to your wedding with 300 guests. Until you start to plan, you may not necessarily know where to even start. That's why Our Event Planners are like fairies, they flutter in, listen to your requirements, put together a plan and come back to you. we hope to alleviate any stress or worries that might come with arranging your special event, we will do all that you ask of us. Our main priority is providing you with the event you envisage.
