My name is Tracy and I would love to be able to help you make you special day as perfect as it can be. A DAY 2 REMEMBER.
It all started with a friends candle party. I planned and prepared all the food, including the beverage menu of cocktails. The day was a great success and all those that attended had a great time with great food, drinks and entertainment.
My passion lies with helping others and seeing the great results and smiles all round. I would love to help you plan the simplest of events right through to the most complex.

I am 37 yrs old and am Married with 3 Children a dog and a bird that talks back.

Ever since I can remember I have always had a passion for helping people even if it meant going out of my way to do it. By doing event management I have finally found my true passion of helping people plan special events such as birthdays, anniversaries and weddings. All of which can be very beautiful and perfect if planned properly.

I have various fields of educational backgrounds all of which play some part in helping to plan events.

2010: Certificate IV in Fitness (this is at current helping me plan a fitness function for CURVES Forest Lake, QLD)

2010: Blue Card (required for working with children E.g. Children’s birthday parties)

1993 – 1994: Associate Diploma of Education (Child Care) Pass, Credits and Honours

1992: Certificate in Tourism, Catering and Hospitality (Basic Cookery) Honours

I also have self taught computer skills and am proficient in word, excel, PPS, Print Shop, Photography and many more. I am also an armature Photographer and love taking photos of Sun Sets, flowers and my 3 lovely children.

I have great interpersonal skills and have a pleasant phone manner. I am meticulous when it comes to budgeting and will help you achieve an event within your budget. I also have skills in colour coordination, symmetry and non symmetrical settings. I have a sense of style and quirkiness that allows me to plan from stylish and elegant to right out there and fun events.

I offer full service and part service. This means I am able to plan your entire event or just part of it letting you do the rest. You will always have as much input as you like and you will make the final decisions. I will endeavour to have samples and photos of all your events needs.

I will take all the stress out of planning your special day. Your day needs to be a DAY TO REMEMBER, not a day where you are running around trying to make sure everything gets done on time.
