SIMPLY ELEGANT - Helping you make your dreams come true!

Making your dreams come true is what I do. I work for you to make sure your vision becomes reality. I listen closely to your ideas of what you want and what you need. This is ALL ABOUT YOU, Let me "listen" to you!

Born and raised in Abilene, I have lived here most of my life. I have 3 sisters and all girl cousins so “pretend weddings” were always in the making. After I married, God blessed my husband and I with 3 sons. So, with no daughters to help with their weddings, I HAD to become a wedding planner! I love helping others make their dreams come true. A wedding is the one day that it can really be "all about you”. I received my certification from Quality of Course Inc. which has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I have been a wedding planner for 12 years coordinating over 40 events including weddings, anniversaries, showers, receptions, seminars and ladies shopping events.

I will plan, execute, and deliver on any event you need help with. I offer individually built packages offering as much or little assistance as your needs require. I live and work mostly in the Abilene area, but will be happy to discuss your event with you if you are in the Big Country area.

Pam Sites has coordinated several events for my family. The first event was with my oldest daughter's wedding. Pam did an amazing job at keeping everyone where they were suppose to be, which wasn't easy with 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen. That was 8 years ago and was one of the most beautiful weddings ever. She dealt with all of different personalities and kept everyone happy, especially my daughter the "bride". She also did my parents "Surprise Wedding" on their 50th anniversary. Wow! People are still talking about how we were able to keep it a surprise. She knew my parents so well that she played their favorite songs and was able to hide all of the out of town surprise guests. Pam, did my wedding as well as my youngest daughters wedding last summer. As a mother of the bride, the bride and the daughter of the bride all I can say is, I wouldn't dream of these important events in my life without the help of Pam as our coordinator.

Additional stress is the last thing a family needs leading up to and during a wedding. Enter the Wedding Coordinator. From my perspective, reducing stress is their job. It's done by handling the details efficiently and effectively so a couples's wedding can be all they dreamed it would be. So, if that's the job of a coordinator, why do so many of them add to the stress rather than relieve it. I have my suspicions but I really don't know. What I "do" know is, as a pastor, having done many weddings for years and a number of them with Pam, she does her job and does it well. No stress here - just the calming effect of a true professional who views her work as "more" than a job. And when you look back at your celebration of a lifetime you'll say, "It couldn't have been better. Thanks Pam."

Having Pam as my wedding planner was a true blessing for me. As a Bride I had nothing to worry about. She had everything under control and even brought things to my attention that I had not thought about. Pam worked very well with my mother in making her feel at peace that everything was being handled, and Pam truly did think of everything. I guess you could say that I am a minimalist but Pam helped add those special touches to make my day perfect and beautiful. There was an issue the morning of the wedding with a groomsmen's tuxedo but I didn't know anything about it until 6 months after the wedding when I overheard my husband telling the story to someone. Pam took care of the problem before the wedding began and I knew nothing about it. Everything went perfect on my BIG day.
