Hello, my name is Ashlie Ruggiero and I am your wedding planner. My team and I at Royalty Events & Designs would like to make your wedding or event as amazing as it can be. We will do everything from helping form and set your budget, to decorating your event. We want you to be as much or as little involved in the process as you would like to be.
Our team differs from most wedding planners because not only will we help plan your event and set up for the day, but our team will also do hair, makeup, and wardrobe for the hosts of the event (bridal party, brides during wedding showers, moms during baby showers, etc).
I am first and foremost a single mother of twins born in July of 2008.
I currently design children's Couture clothing, my designs being featured in Connecticut Fashion week; on top of owning Royalty Events & Designs.
I graduated at the top of my class in 2010 with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Psychology and in 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice at the University of New Haven. I am also a graduate of the QC School of Wedding and Event Planning. I am a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society and graduated on both my college's as well as the national's Deans Lists.
Royalty Events & Designs is owned by myself, and our affiliations include being a subchapter of the Make A Wish Foundation, the MS Society, the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, and St. Jude; annually putting on events to raise money for the causes in our area.
I have planned events in my area for weddings, parties, formal events, charity benefits, and am currently planning this year's Connecticut Couture Fashion week.
