I have been lovingly planning, organizing and designing events for my family and friends for many years - baby & bridal showers, weddings and reunions. With a little luck and lots of hard work I am now able to pursue my passion of wedding planning and design fulltime. I am a certified International Event and Wedding Planner, IEWP. I am anxious to assist you with your dreams and plans for an amazing wedding. The lovely city of Kingston, Ontario is where I call home, but I will consider co-ordinating your event in the quaint villages of Belleville, Tweed, Westport or surrounding areas.

….your transportation has arrived on time, the boutonnieres are properly pinned, the lost wedding ring has been found, the bouquets distributed, the guests are seated, rain, oh no – I’ve got the umbrellas up before the first drop hits you, I’ll gather up the flower girl and ring bearer playing outside, round up, line up and cue the wedding party, ensure you look perfect walking down the aisle, the wedding party arrives to the photo destination on time, direct the caterer to the correct location, check that the DJ is set up and is ready for your grand entrance, mediate if any family issues arise, guarantee that the venue has been decorated exactly as you requested, the linens are pressed, the glasses sparkling and the candles lit, whisk you away quietly for a make-up touchup, I will cue the MC and speakers, make sure comfy shoes are stowed beneath your table just in case…chill the champagne, arrange your getaway transportation at precisely the right time, pack everything up at the end of the evening, decorate your honeymoon suite and finally…..discretely call a cab for Uncle Bob who has enjoyed your wedding day immensely!

We’ll sit down and brainstorm to create the vision for your design, décor, style, color, venue, attire etc. The goal is to help you organize your vision to give you a clear, cohesive picture of your day. After the consultation I’ll deliver an inspiration board which will help you stay focused while you create your perfect day

Ah, the details! As above, during our first meeting we’ll discuss your vision – design, décor, style, color, venue, attire in DETAIL.
During our second meeting I’ll present to you your inspiration board and the results of my “research”. No two weddings are alike; my “research” will provide you with 2-3 options for the essential services of your wedding. Recommendations unique to your day - venues, photographers, caterers, transportation options, etc. Based on my recommendations, your task of choosing these essential services will seem less overwhelming. I’ll do work for you, saving you time, energy, and your sanity!

All wedding all the time, when everyone else is “weddinged out” call me! All the services listed about plus…if required, I’ll accompany you while you visit your essential services - venues, florists, tastings, advise on menu choices, attire selections for you and your wedding party and parents, no detail shall be overlooked. I’ll assist you when negotiating and review the contracts before you sign. All the details in preparing for your wedding, including those potentially delicate situations that might arise…oh, and when they do, I’ll use tact and diplomacy to restore harmony and peace!
On your most important day, I will ensure every detail of your day is designed, organized and executed perfectly. At the end of the evening I’ll ensure everything and everyone is gathered up, packed up and safety on their way!

Hotel arrangements for out of town guests, transportation for if needed and any activities or special events for your guests. Organize the rehearsal and the rehearsal party. Wedding day co-ordination including wedding night decorating if required. The next morning, after your big day I can co-ordinate a fabulous celebratory brunch to compliment the gift opening. Short of packing your suitcase, (though I will give you a list to remind you of items to include) I will arrange all your honeymoon details and even get you to the airport on time!
