Our aim is to tailor a wedding or event to suit your style, budget and personal requirements. Our input and co-ordination means that you can enjoy your special day, knowing that every detail and finishing touch is in hand.
We specialise in Weddings and Civil Partnership Organisation within Bristol and the South West, however we are more than happy to plan for Anniversary Parties, Baby Showers, Birthdays and other social events. Please contact us with enquiries however big or small.
I have worked in the Hospitality Industry for the past 20 years and moved on from managing independent and branded restaurants, hotels and bars to focus on the planning side of the industry. With a keen interest in weddings and with the experience and contacts I have generated, I can provide you with a professional yet personal service, ensuring that you get the unique day you have always dreamed of. Along with my team we are here to take away the stress of planning, so that you relax and enjoy your wedding experience on every level.
You can be involved as much or as little as you like. Leave it to us!
Full Wedding or Event Organisation
After an initial consultation which is free of charge, we can establish what you require to reflect your style, passions and personality. We go through ideas you may already have and work from there. We plan through your timeframe and budgets to produce a bespoke service leaving you time to focus on other aspects in your life. Let us take the pressure off you as this is our profession.
This complete package includes all bookings, contracts, email and phone support. We are always available to discuss every detail. An additional charge would be added for travel outside of Bristol.
Fees for this package are based on 12% -15% of your overall budget, with a minimum charge of £1800

Venue and Supplier Sourcing
With our list of contacts we can be sure to find a venue and the most suitable suppliers to make your day or event go without a hitch! From Castles to Barns, Florists to Cup Cakes, Lighting to Photo Booths, we can source and organise it all. We will then select the suppliers best suited to your event and meet with you to discuss your preferences. Meetings will be arranged with suppliers if needed.
We pass on our discounts to you, our clients, ensuring we can reach your budgets.
Fees are calculated according to requirements with a minimum fee of £45 per supplier search.
Partial Wedding or Event Planning
This service is for clients who have already started their wedding or event organising but now need further help as it can become over-whelming. We can be available from any stage throughout your planning to talk through your preparations to date, and remain within your budget.
Fees depend on the level of involvement required; however prices would begin from £1000
‘On The Day’ Co-ordination
If you already have your wedding or event organised however need a little extra help on the day, then we are here to assist. Often it is left to a relative or friend to be in charge of the little touches on the day, co-ordination of cars, seating of guests or arranging last minute items which may have been missed or overlooked. It can become over-whelming as you lead up to the big event itself.
Employ our services for the day so that everyone can enjoy the event without rushing around and making all the phone calls! Put it into our hands and relax.
We would meet up with you a couple of months before the day preferably at the venue. We can then run through all the suppliers, check through contracts and make us your main point of contact with them.
The fee for the consultation and event day is from £250
Many of us find that there are not enough hours in the day to get everything complete. If you feel that you are not on top with everyday ‘chores’ or items which you have just been putting off, then let us assist you to make more time in your life to enjoy the things that you actually do want to do.
Sorting out new Insurance Policies, Car Hire, MOT’s, Gym Membership, booking of Restaurants or Hotels. Do you need a decorator? A Builder? Help with home accounts. Are you thinking of hosting a small dinner party and don’t know where to begin? Do you need help moving house?
