Occasions Event Planning is a team that organises truly unique events. Our talented organisers take care of everything and our reason for being is to help you deliver exactly the event you’re looking for. We will channel our energies into every detail of your event to ensure that all you have to worry about is having a great and truly memorable time.

Occasions Event Planning’s success is built upon our relationships. The relationship between our team and our customers that means your aims are our aims and the relationships between us and our trusted suppliers mean that we deliver first time, on time and every time.

Coming from a project management background I have a proven track record of managing multiple projects from conception through to execution. This has required the ability to prioritise a heavy workload, to exceed targets and meet deadlines within defined time frames.

For many years I’ve had a keen interest in the events industry and have always been passionate about events in general so have now turned my skills towards event management by becoming a qualified Event and Wedding Planner. I’m exceptionally organised, flexible, resourceful and realise the importance of outstanding customer service.

Services

At Occasions Event Planning we're confident that one of the services we offer will appeal to you whether you would like us to assist you with planning your budget, the sourcing of vendors or the entire planning and coordination of your event. Below are guidelines of the packages available, each tailored specifically to you and your event:

Concept Package
Consultation – a preliminary meeting to get to know you and your requirements. We will discuss the details, timeframe, budget and initial ideas for your event as well as answering any questions that you may have.

Planning & Preparation Package
Consultation – as above.
Sourcing of vendors – based on the discussions from the consultation we will work to find the vendors most suited to your occasion; this can include anything and everything from venues, food, entertainment, gifts and even cleaners.
Coordination – all details will be coordinated by us right up until the day of the event to ensure that everything goes smoothly.

Coordination Package
Day-of coordination – once all vendor contact details and a brief have been received we will take full control of the event, eliminating any on the day stresses, leaving you free to enjoy yourself. We will oversee the entire event resolving any last minute problems.

Concept to Rollout Package
Complete planning – all of the above plus any post-event tasks such as arranging clean-up, transportation of gifts and sending out thank you cards etc.
