Welcome to I-Thee-Wed Bridal Consultants and welcome to what will be one of the most memorable times in your lives. We knowas bride and groom, you both must be feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the choices available to you in the wedding industry today. Don’t worry! We believe that every Bride and Groom knows deep in their hearts exactly what they want. The vision of what you imagine your special day to be, and what you dream it to be is right in front of you. It just takes the resources, guidance, expertise and dedication of a professional planning service to make your vision come to life.

My professional experience in the industry began in 2006 with planning weddings for my friends; and then my own in 2009. In my planning, I realized that I could plan my wedding with a 10,000 budget and I still have the elegance that I wanted. The knowledge and experience I gained from these experiences has been invaluable. It allowed me to possess a well-rounded knowledge and understanding of the industry.

In wanting to take my talents to a higher level, I combined this hard earned knowledge and passion with my own personal style went to school and just started my own company. Having my own company gives me the opportunity to use my creativity to its fullest potential and the ability to give my Brides and Grooms the respect and attention that they deserve and pay for.

The most rewarding part of being a bridal consultant and planner is having the opportunity and pleasure to work so closely with my couples and their families during such a happy time in their lives. Working so closely with such diverse personalities, cultures and families, has been priceless. I love people. I love making them happy. I love working hard to fulfill their visions and dreams of their Perfect Day. I love designing unique and beautiful weddings that reflect my couple’s own personal styles and that are as unique as they are. It makes my job very rewarding and puts a smile on my face every day. It makes me proud of the work that we do and reminds me every day that I made the right choice in attending QC School of Event Planning and choosing to pursue a career in the Wedding Industry.

Services

I-Thee-Wed specialize in destination weddings and wedding budgets of $10,000 or less; but we will work with ANY budget! No matter how big or how small, I want to help you and your fiancé design a one of a kind, amazing wedding that reflects your own personal style and is as unique as the two of you. I offer three Levels of Service. There are essential services that every couple needs to ensure a flawless wedding day. These essential services are included all my Levels of Service. Then it will depend on where you are in the wedding planning process and exactly what you want and need. We will discuss the Levels of Services I offer. We will talk about what you are looking for in a coordinator and what you need help with. We will discuss your specific needs, expectations and budget requirements. I will work with you to choose and customize the best Level of Service to suit your individual needs.

Here's What We Offer Flat Rate Services:

-Consultations ($150.00)

-Day Of Services ($1000.00 for budgets $5000.00 or less)

( $1200.00 for budgets $6,000-8,000)

(1,500.00 for budgets of 10,000-15,000)

Consultation

Three Personalized Face to Face Consultation Appointments customized for your individual needs* (NOTE: these can be used for appointments such as: Budget Development and Analysis, Event Design, Theme, Color and Décor Concept Development Consultation, Accompaniment to Alteration Sessions and Bride’s Final Fitting Session, Accompaniment to Vendor Appointments and any other desired services tailored to your individual needs)


What We Will Do:
-Recommend venues and vendors,
-Offer advice on colors and style provide etiquette advice and help you stay on track with your planning -- but we will not handle legwork and small details.
-On the wedding day, we the interact with all vendors and make sure everything goes smoothly.



Full Service

Three Personalized Face to Face Consultation Appointments customized for your individual needs* (NOTE: these can be used for appointments such as: Budget Development and Analysis, Event Design, Theme, Color and Decor Concept Development Consultation, Accompaniment to Alteration Sessions and Bride’s Final Fitting Session, Accompaniment to Vendor Appointments and any other desired services tailored to your individual needs)

-In addition to the Three Personalized Face to Face Consultations above:
-Unlimited Consultation via Telephone and E-mail- this service starts from the date our services are retained and continues throughout the wedding planning process up to your Wedding Day

Contract and Pricing Negotiation

-Preliminary Itinerary, Time line Development Consultation

-Menu Tasting with Outside Caterer or at Venue and Assistance with Menu Selection and Details AND Walk Through at Selected Venue to further discuss Design, Set Up, and Floor Plan Diagram Layout, etc.

-Final Detailing Appointment and Complimentary Table Décor Prototype with our referred Floral Designers the Month of Wedding

-Final Detailing Appointment with Coordinator the Week of Wedding

-Distribution of the Final Approved Itinerary / Time line to Venue Contact and all Vendors the Week of Wedding

-Final Vendor Confirmations and Detailed Direction-Each and Every Vendor is called personally and All Details and the Entire Itinerary / Time line is gone through line by line pertaining to Each Vendor’s specific contracted services

-Assistance with Rehearsal Dinner Location Ideas

-Assistance with Selection of Hotel Accommodations for You and Your Guests

-Assistance with Unique Welcome Gift Basket Ideas for Out of Town Guests

-Assistance with all Transportation Needs and Arrangements

Assistance with Next Day Breakfast or Brunch Location Ideas
Rehearsal Coordination and Instruction, maximum 2 hours

-Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up by us on Wedding Day such as:

Candles, Photographs, Guest Books, Pens, Wedding Favors, Toasting Glasses, Cake Serving Set,
Ceremony Programs, Menu Cards, Assigned Seating Place Cards, Table Names/Numbers, Candy Store or Sweet Table Items, etc.
Essential Wedding Day Emergency Kit-We
will have everything and anything you should
need on your Wedding Day

(1) Assistant "Day of Wedding" Coordinator Included. Additional Assistant “Day of Wedding” Coordinators are required for select venues, larger weddings and multiple location weddings

-Day of Wedding Coordination (the maximum coverage is 9 hours)**

Decorate the Honeymoon Suite on Your Wedding Night if venue is within reasonable radius

If your reception budget is 5,000.00 or less our fee will be $600.00

If your reception budget is 6,000.00-10,000.00 our fee will be $800.00

If your reception budget is 10,000.00-15,000.00 our fee will be $1100.00
